Sharon Houghton is the Principal Owner of Marketing Barn LLC. Sharon has over 32 years of experience in media sales and strategy, across digital, traditional and emerging platforms.

Prior to Marketing Barn LLC , she worked at Time Warner as a Digital Strategist. Sharon was also a buyer for her own international digital company, Launch Team, for a successful online news company, and an Account Executive at the NBC affiliate in Columbus for 16 Years. Sharon has extensive understanding of all electronic media and has used her advertising expertise in all media to enhance the strategy of marketing and sales teams throughout her career.

Sharon has worked in multiple DMAs around the state of Ohio prior to launching Marketing Barn LLC. She has successfully led her teams across several markets to “think big” for digital initiatives, leading to continual year over year growth.

Sharon is a native of Columbus and has a family history of entrepreneurship in the central Ohio area. Sharon currently resides in Worthington, Ohio.
